Some of the effects that the Persian Wars had on Ancient Greece was that the Athenian Acropolis was destroyed but the citizens of Athens rebuilt it even better than it originally was. The Persian Wars also united all of Greece together. This led to many accomplishments. The Greeks also became good at art due to the wars. Greek artists decided to paint images of the wars to show what the battlefield was like.
King Xerxes is famous for helping to create one of the largest empires that the world has ever seen. An interesting fact about King Leonidas is that he ruled lands with a heavy hand unlike his father.

The impact that the Persian War had on Greece was huge. One of the key things that the war did was unite all of Greece together. Before the war all of the city-states were lone wolves and they only focused on themselves and their needs but after the war they all had a common goal and were all united as one nation.

Effects and Outcome of the Peloponnesian Wars
Sparta and Athens went to war because they couldn't come to an agreement on whether or not one city-state could have a free hand with each others allies. The Athenians thought that they were allowed to take the allies away from Sparta and make them their own allies. The Spartan's though this was wrong and sent soldiers to try to reach an agreement before the city-state of Sparta finally went to war. In the end the Spartans won they war because of their superior force. The impact on Athens and Sparta after the war was had bad effects. Neither city-state would regain their former military power and Athens was bankrupt and it economic strength decreased drastically.
